SELF-REVIEW AUDIT 2018 (FEM LEVEL) FOR (QMS) ISO 9001: 2015
With all due respect, refer to the above matter. It is a pleasure to be informed that the UPM Internal Audit of the MS ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System will be implemented on 26 - 29 March 2018 and 2 - 5 April 2018.
In this regard, to ensure that all FEM staff are prepared to face the internal audit session of the UPM, a Self-Review Audit Session at all FEM departments /divisions will be held as follows:
Date: 26 - 27 February 2018 (Monday & Tuesday)
Time: 8.30 AM - 4.00 PM
Audit Locations: All Departments / Divisions of FEM
Hence, kindly ask all FEM staff to complete the relevant files and documents to ensure the adequacy of SPK MS ISO 9001: 2015 requirements. References and reviews of ISO procedures can be reviewed through the UPM Quality Management System (SPK) Site (http://reg.upm.edu.my/eISO/).
