SERDANG - CONSUMERS AND COMMUNICATION CARNIVAL themed "Sustainable Consumer Pioneer Students" organized by the Department of Resource Management and Consumer Studies, Faculty of Human Ecology was held on March 30, 2017 from 8.00am to 5.30pm at Dewan Kuliah 3, Faculty of Human Ecology, Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Among the program activities are the Forum titled "Consumer Reality Now in dealing with Communications & Multimedia issues".

Quiz Introduction to the Communications and Multimedia Consumer Forum of Malaysia (CFM). "3 Minute Talk" and Essay Competition.

The aim of the program's carnival is to increase participants' awareness of the role of CFM in handling complaints regarding telecommunications and multimedia. Provide knowledge to participants on the proper complaint process according to the special channels provided by the CFM.

Enhancing collaborative networking between departments and CFM further promotes student creativity in addressing telecommunications and multimedia issues.

In addition, this carnival gives CFM an opportunity to promote CFM to participants in UPM.
