1. GET RID OF TOXIC PEOPLE.

Have you ever felt so disappointed with someone that even though you forgave them, you knew you were done with the relationship and slowly began to pull away from them eventually?

2. WHY THEY HATE YOU.

Someone who hates you usually has one of three reasons: either they see you as an enemy, hate themselves, or want to be like you.

3. LIVE BY THE ALMIGHTY NOT BY MAN.

Don't get hurt if you're portrayed as the bad guy in their story because it doesn't matter how much someone twists the truth. However, only the Almighty knows everything.

4. SILENCE IS MORE POWERFUL.

Don't waste words on someone who doesn't want to listen because their mind becomes defensive in anger. Whatever you say probably won't work. Therefore, it is better to be quiet and use the opportunity to observe. This is the time when you can see their true character.

5. PRACTICE AWARENESS.

It is essential to understand how important it is to practice self-awareness in interpersonal relationships. Avoid conflicts that can invite anger. Practising practical communication skills to deal with conflict is critical to preventing unnecessary irritation.

6. APPRECIATE THOSE WHO APPRECIATE.

It is essential not to satisfy people who do not appreciate your value and contribution. Fighting for recognition or acceptance from individuals who do not respect our efforts will only result in disappointment in ourselves. Instead, focusing on individuals or groups who appreciate and recognize your value and contribution is better.

7. LIVE WITH A POSITIVE AURA.

It is essential to avoid situations or individuals who like to judge without understanding your struggle or experience. Judging unfairly can cause discomfort and weakness in social relationships. Therefore, it is essential to interact with individuals who have empathy and the willingness to understand our background and experiences without judgment.

8. MAINTAIN EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING.

Self-awareness and avoiding situations leading to anger or humiliation are essential to maintaining your emotional and psychological well-being. Understanding and respecting your limitations and staying away from toxic individuals can build healthy relationships and make room for positive self-development.

9. PRACTICE THE VALUES OF RESPECT

Practice the value of respect for all individuals regardless of status or power. You need to understand that every individual has a dignity that needs to be respected without being selective in giving respect. Increase the manners of concern along with dignifying knowledge.

10. STICK TO WORDS AND PROMISES

Always stick to promises, and show high responsibility and integrity in your every action and word. Trust is the foundation of a strong relationship, and commitment to guarantees is essential to stabilizing the relationship. So stick to your comment and keep your promise.

11. LEND A HELPING HAND

An exemplary individual will always help others without expecting a reward or personal gain. It would help if you strived to provide help and support to anyone in need, regardless of the individual's circumstances or background. Believe that every help you give will always be rewarded well by the Almighty because it is also part of the reward he promised.
