FEM Citizen Action:

FEM citizens who are currently/will be performing External Jobs must comply with:

(a) the conditions stipulated in the Guidelines and Procedures for Applications for External Employment Under Regulation 4 of the Second Schedule of the Statutory Bodies Act 2000 Universiti Putra Malaysia .

(b)   Foreign Employment Application Procedure as in Infographic 4 above. Submission of the Application Form for Permission to Do Outside Work (either on a one-off basis or periodically/periodically) must be sent to the Dean's Office (after getting a certificate from the Head of Department) at least 21 working days before planning to do outside work .
