1) Stay Connected: Build a healthy social network

Stay in touch with family, friends, co-workers, neighbours and acquaintances.

 

2) Activate Yourself: Increase your fitness

Always be active by doing your favourite physical activity according to your ability.

 

3) Gratitude: Appreciate the blessings of life

Contentment and gratitude for the benefits of ginger.

 

4) Explore Interests: Highlight talents

Learn knowledge and explore skills you are interested in.

 

5) Give: Happiness is shared

Give smiles, appreciation, time, energy and help to others

 

It is hoped that this campaign will achieve its goal and, at the same time, produce Malaysians who are mentally healthy to face the challenges of daily life.
